Qualifications:

Level 1:
Open to all New Fully Qualified Supervisors who qualify from 1st December 2009 through 1st August 2010: accumulate 20,000 Total Volume Points in 7 months to qualify for the vacation and free hotel accommodation for 1 person.

Level 2:
Open to all existing Fully Qualified Supervisors and World Team (excluding 2009/2010 AWT Qualifiers & TAB Team Members): accumulate 25,000 TVP in 7 months to qualify for the vacation and free hotel accommodation for 1 person.

Level 3:
Open to all Fully Qualified Supervisors and above: accumulate 30,000 TVP in 7 months to qualify for the vacation, free hotel accommodation for 1 person and a $500 travel voucher.

Level 4:
Open to all Fully Qualified Supervisors and above: accumulate 45,000 TVP in 7 months to qualify for the vacation, free hotel accommodation for 2 people and a $1000 travel voucher.

Qualification period: February’10 through August’ 10 (volume months):
This promotion is open to Distributors in Russia, Ukraine and CIS markets only.
Reminder: Distributors cannot use the same volume to qualify for more than one Herbalife vacation.

To receive a cabin for two people on the cruise ship:

Achieve at least 2,500 TVP in each month from December 2009 through November 2010 AND…

OR…If you missed one month or more of the 2,500 TVP requirements towards your cruise qualification you can still get a cabin for two if you:

Achieve at least 2,500 TVP every month from July through November 2010 AND…

Personally qualify AWT by November 2010 AND…

Points may be a combination of Personal Volume and Organizational Volume.

Note: the five Fully Qualified Supervisors may be new Supervisors or reactivated Supervisors as
